C. BARCLAY.......Mr. Charles C. Barclay passedaway at 11:45 Tuesday night to the great beyond where no heartaches or cares are known. He had been sick several days, buthis condidion was not thought serious until Monday night, whenhe suffered a stroke of paralysis in his right side, renderinghim speechless. Medical assistance was at once called and alldone that a kind physician and loving friends could do, but tono avail. Mr. Barclay was about 66 years of age and had been amember of the Missionary Baptist church for a number of years,and lived a consistent Christian life until death. He leaves awife, Mrs. Lizzie Barclay, one son, Jim Barclay and twodaughters, Mrs. E. P. Kiser and Mrs. Russell Redd, besides anumber of relatives and friends. He was interred at Pine Grovecemetery, Rev. S. C. Warren conducting the funeral services. Maythe Lord who doeth all things well comfort the grief strickenfamily in their sad bereavement. A Friend.
