    Produce merchant dies Charles J. Andre Dies in Sr. Paul Charles J. Andre. 63. 2312 Ielehart avenue, St. Paul attorney and former state securities commlssioner, died Wednesday of a heart attack. Born in Prairie Farm. Wis.. Mr. Andre was graduated from University of Minnesota law school in 1905 and began practicing law in St. Paul seven years later. He served the slate in the securities division from 1917 to 1921 during the term of Gov. J. A. A. Burnquist. Survivors include his wife. Verna, and two sons, Russell C, St. Paul, and Wilbur H., Hampten, Conn. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Damoier-Baird chapel, St. Paul, with burial in sunset Memorial Park cemetery.
