Charity Ann Richey, 75, Succumbs at Home - Tipton Daily Tribune - Feb. 6, 1953 - Page 1 WINDFALL - Mrs. Charity Ann Richey died Thursday afternoon at her home in Sharpsville. The 75 year old woman had been an invalid for the past 12 years. The body was taken to Edwards Funeral home in Windfall to lie in state until time for the services. Conducting last rites Saturday at the Brethren Church, west of Windfall, where she was a member, at 10 A.M. will be Rev. Alva Hewitt. Burial will be in Kokomo cemetery. Born Aug. 4, 1877, in Howard County, the deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Etaron Thomas. Her first husband was Joe Crousore, and in 1919, she was married to Frank Richey. Surviving with Richey are a son John Crousore, Kokomo, one sister, four grand children, nine great, 17 step-grandchildren, and eight step-great grandchildren. |
