Celinda is mentioned in David's will of 1826 as younger than age 21 which puts her birth at 1806 or later. All earlier children are documented as born in Connecticut or Massachusetts but not Celinda therefore the assumption that she was born after the family moved to Madison County, New York state. David's will also points out that Celinda had yet to marry.
