Cecil Frances[5] Hamilton, daughter of John James Hamilton and Cecil, Marquess and Marchioness of Abercorn,[2] was born 19 July 1795[1] and was baptized 18 August in the parish of Harrow-on-the-Hill, Middlesex, England.[2]

Death and Probate

The Rt. Hon. Cecil Frances Countess of Wicklow, then of Cavendish Square, died 7 July 1860 at Brighton, Sussex, England[5] (registered in the district of Brighton),[3] and was buried 17 July 1860 in the parish of Stanmore, Middlesex.[4]

On 19 February 1861,[5] in London, administration of her personal estate and effects was granted to her husband the Rt. Hon. William Forward Earl of Wicklow. Her effects were less than £300.
