Obituary ~ Catherine (Mills) Hawkins White:

Mrs. Catherine White 

    Funeral services, for Mrs. Catherine M. White; 71, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Fenn Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Kistler officiating. Burial will be in the Sharpsville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home anytime.
    Mrs. White of 1013 E. Richmond St. died at 3:20 a.m. Sunday at her home. She had not been in ill health but had suffered a heart attack a few hours prior to her death.
    She was born Nov. 9, 1888, in, Tipton County, near Sharpsville, the daughter of Francis M. and, Quintilla (Kelly) Mills. She had, lived in Kokomo for the past 26 years and was a member of the East Taylor EUB Church and the Sharpsville OES.
    On Aug. 4, 1934, she married Otto A. White, who survives, with one sister, Mrs. Amy King of  Sharpsville, and several nieces and nephews. Four sisters and three brothers preceded her in death.
