Born in Maidencreek Twp. to John and Catharine (Burkert) Kline.Surviving children are Franklin K., and 3 grandchildren, Katie I. wife of Thomas James of Detroit Michigan, Ira V. of SpringValley, and Harley L. of Laureldale, 14 grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren, Internment in Maidencreek cemetery.

Tombstone has Kate B. instead of Catharine.
