This source gives dates that do not agree with her California death record or her grave marker. It is not clear what was the source of this author's information. However Shaw has done extensive research into the early history of Perth, Ontario and it is possible that his Christening date is correct and the birth year given by Catherine's survivors at the time of her death is incorrect.
