- Bond for Estate of Catherine Lambert

- Know all men by these presents that we Jacob Schreckhise and Alexander R. Bell are held and firmly bound to the Commonwealth of Virginia in the sum of Three hundred and fifty dollars to the payment whereof well and truly to be made to the commonwealth of Virginia we ourselves and each of us our and of our heirs we eutors administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 24th day of January in the year One Thousand eight hundred and fifty three.
- The Condition of this obligation is such whereas the above bound Jacob Schreckhise hath applied to the court of Augusta County for a grant administrate on as of the Estate of Catherine Lambert deceased. Now if the said Jacob Schreckhise shall faithfully discharge the duties of his office and trust as administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of the said Catherine Lambert deceased. Then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force.
