Had a son Lucas, 3 June, 1694, and m. Jan Ruland/Roeland, 11 Feb., 1700. Jan was a volunteer on the expedition against Canada in 17x1, together with Roelof Duytser and David Duytser. He was, apparently, a man of good standing, as Col. Jacob Rutger was sponsor to his daughter, Judith Roeland, by his first wife.
