CAROLINE TINDALL. OBIT. 

In Saline county, opposite Glasgow, after a long illness, on Wednesday, July 5, 1882, Mrs. Caroline, wife of Josiah Tindall, and sister of Wm. F. and Lewis Switzler of Columbia, in the 58th year of her age. She was born in Nicholasville, KY., Dec. 23, 1825; came to Howard county with her father’s family in 1826; was educated in the Columbia Female Academy while Miss Lucy Ann Wales had charge of it; was married to Josiah Tindall in Howard county, by Eld. Hampton L. Boone, on Feb. 24, 1842; was a member of the Baptist church, a sincere Christian, a devoted wife, a loving mother and sister, and for several years past a patient uncomplaining sufferer. Her remains will be interred to-day in the cemetary at Glasgow. –Columbia Missouri Statesman. 07 July 1882, p.3, col.6.
