  1.   Carole Butterfield Williamson passed away Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, at Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, 1401 Meadowlane Terrace, Fort Worth. Carole was loved by many. She was a gospel singer and songwriter. She performed on radio and TV, and was a chapel leader volunteer at Union Gospel Mission in Fort Worth. She also performed for the U.S. Navy and had over 120,000 copies of her original oil painting of Jesus around the world. Carole won countless awards for community service, including the 2014 GMAA Special Ministry of the Year. Survivors: Her loving husband, Thomas Williamson; daughter, Lori Phillips; and brothers, Keith Butterfield (ex-husband & stepbrother) and Bob Cain.
