Calvin Ingalls of West Stafford preached some time as stated supply in Union. He was the son of Joseph Ingalls and Sarah Abbott of Pomfret, Conn., and was born November 22, 1760. He graduated at Dartmouth college in 1792, was settled in West Stafford in December 1796, and dismissed in March, 1803. He died in West Stafford, September 25, 1830. He married Mary Horton, eldest child of Rev. Ezra Horton, May 28, 1795. She died at Granby, Mass., May 12, 1833.
