Listed as "L. C." on the 1860 US Census. There is a Carrie Bowman who married Christopher C. Sage on 11 Dec 1870 in Johnson County, Missouri. Christopher died on 8 Aug 1898 according to the IGI. If this is the same Carrie, then she and Christopher must have separated before her marriage to James Perry. There is a Dora L. Perry, nee' Bowman, b. 26 May 1851, d. 16 Sep 1893, wife of J.W. Perry who is buried in the High Point Cemetery, Johnson County. Another version of the same record gives her name as "Donna E. Perry." The birth year of 1851 is obviously in error, since Caledonia appears on the 1850 US Census in Pettis County, Missouri as 2/12 years old on 26 Sep 1850. She was most likely born on 26 May 1850.
