ROBERT VAUGHN MONTAGUE was born at Glosgow, Mo., April 14, 1867. He is the son of Caesar Rodney Montague and Fanny (Harrison) Montague, who had three other children, J.H., R.R., and Alice (Mrs. J.N. Hemenway of New York City.
Caesar Rodney Montague was the son of Robert Vaughn Montague, the first collector of the port of Mobile under Abraham Lincoln.
