Obituary provided by personal communication from his brother, John Tullis: Bruce Blanton Tullis, age 46, passed peacefully with his mother, Martha Bower and brother, Philip Tullis by his side. He is remembered as a strong, sensitive man with a deep love for family and animals. He was preceded by his paternal grandparents, Roy Tullis and Mildred Shaw; his maternal grandparents, Harold and Naomi Waller; and his father, Rev. Richard Roy Tullis. He leaves behind his mother, Martha W. Bower; his older brother, John Tullis with his wife, Jennifer and their children, Mary-Sarah and David, along with his younger brother, Philip W. Tullis, with his fiance, Kim Christian and his son, Philip Kyle Tullis. Bruce was a blessing as a child and even more so during his passing. He gave love, compassion and humor until he passed. He will be missed.
