Mr. Brice Duckett, 79, died at Shady Grove Hospital in Rockville. He was a longtime resident of Silver Spring. He was educated in Prince George's County public schools and received his juris doctor of law degree in 1940 from Washington College of Law at American University. He was a member of the Sigma Nu Phi legal fraternity. He was a retired vice president and treasurer of Suburban Bank (now Sovran Bank) where he served for 46 years and was actively engaged in mergers of other banks into Sovran. He was a member of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Collington. Prayer service will be held at DeVol Funeral Home, Gaithersburg.
