Hinds...corner of John Hickman's land then by Mark Davis's line ... 229 acres, which was purchased of Christopher Nutter by Alexander Draper who by his last will devised same to his son & daughter who died in her minority and without issue and her mother Elizabeth Boyer became intituled to the same and by her last will devised the same to her son Thomas Boyer who by his deed of sale dated 27 May 1775 conveyed same to afsd. Benjamin Johnson and Brantson Loftland. For £200.
