GRAHAM — Mrs.. Bonnie Matheson Holt, 94, of 330 W. Elm St., died at 8:15 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2001, at her home after several years of failing health, two months critical. A native of Haywood County, she was the wife of the late Heenan Holt, and the daughter of Robert Fred Matheson and Laura Henson Matheson, both deceased. She was a member of Graham Presbyterian Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs.. Jane Holt Clapp of Graham; a brother, Mr. Herbert J. Matheson of Augusta, Ga.; two grandchildren, Mr. Robert Heenan Clapp and Mrs.. Laura Clapp Mell, both of Charlotte; and two great-grandchildren, Miss Leah Jane Mell and Mr. Thomas Ethan Mell, both of Charlotte. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Graham Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Lou East. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Burial will be in Graham Memorial Park. The family will be at the parlor of Graham Presbyterian Church one hour before the service, and at other times at the home.
