From Obituary: Bobbie Butler Evans, published in the Jackson Sun, 21 October 2016:

Jackson, TN

Mrs. Bobbie Butler Evans, age 81 of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday morning, October 19, 2016 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She was born in Tuscumbia, AL [sic] on February 16, 1935, the daughter of the late Thomas and Flora Cobb Butler. She worked in the Medical Records Department at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital for many years. She was a member of Englewood Baptist Church. A devoted Sunday School teacher, she loved life, her family and most of all Jesus.

She is survived by her husband, Harold R. Evans of Jackson; son, Tracy Evans (Pat) of Jackson; daughters, Amy Evans Smith (Ken) of Kansas City, MO, Connie Evans Brown (Jeff) of Irving, TX, and Cindy Evans Seeley (Ric) of Brighton, TN; grandchildren, Jeremy Smith, Ross Seeley, Nathan Smith, Katie Evans, Chris Seeley Micah Smith (Kathryn) Rebecca O'Malley (Michael) Joel Smith, Mitchell Evans, Sarah Brown, Evangelyn Smith, Abigail Evans, and Grace Smith; and great grandchildren ,Alexis Seeley, Maliyah Seeley, and Rudy Seeley; and sisters Eloise Noble and Joanne Evans.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, October 21, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. at The Chapel at Englewood Baptist Church with Ken Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery.
