    Billy Wayne Adams Sr.
    Funeral for Billy Wayne Adams Sr., 52, Lawton, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lawton Ritter Gray Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Delbert Hughes, pastor, Lighthouse Church of God, and Johnny Beashield,Lighthouse Church of God, officiating.

    Mr. Adams died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009.

    Burial will be at KCA Tribal Cemetery.

    He was born Sept. 15, 1957, in Lawton, to Faye Belle Ellis and John Thomas Adams. He joined the Army March 10, 1973, and was honorably discharged Feb. 4, 1981. He served all of his Army time at Fort Sill. He was a welder, worked as a tire builder for 20 years at the Good Year plant, and moved houses for Pruitt Construction. Before his illness he flipped houses. He enjoyed fishing, noodling, throwing horseshoes, and going to the local casinos, waiting for his jack-pot. He met his soul mate, Emma, in 1988 and married her Feb. 4, 1992. From this union came their son, Billy Jr., of the home; and his daughter Amanda Adams, Braunfels, Texas.

    Survivors include Misty, of Texas; Krystle, Sarah and Micah, Rudolph and Yolanda, Casey and Shawna, Levi and Laryn, and Roxanne, all of Lawton; and 10 grandchildren, all of Lawton; and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

    He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew, Lloyd Green.

    Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
