    Betty Mae Snyder, 87 years, of Orefield, passed away October 31, 2017 at home. She was the widow of LeRoy W. J. Snyder. Born in Lynn Twp she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Ida (Ulrich) Wotring.

    Betty worked in the laundry department at Mosser Nursing home for 10 years and was a seamstress in the Lehigh Valley for many years. She was a member of Fogelsville and Trexlertown Senior Citizens. Betty was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Fogelsville where she was active with the Busy Bees. She enjoyed going to the Alburtis park on Sundays and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

    Survivors: daughters, Linda (widow of Bruce Eroh) and companion Kevin Reimert of New Tripoli, Sandy Tomasko and husband Fred of New Tripoli, grandchildren, Sheena Crone and husband Jeremy, Justin Pradel and wife Katelyn, and Brad Eroh and wife Heather; great grandchildren, Hailey, Ty, Colette, TJ, and Daniel; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sharon Snyder, brothers, Paul and David Wotring, and a sister, Margaret Stauffer.
