Betty R. Sprout, 80 formerly of Bloomdale, OH died at 11:55 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2005 in Wood Haven Health Care Center, Bowling Green, OH. Born in Bloomdale, OH on August 27, 1924 the daughter of Issac and Chloe (Brooks) Baird. Betty married DeWitt C. Sprout in 1955 and he died in 1997. Surviving are sons: Steve (Denise) Wells of Risingsun; Robert (Debbie) Wells, Lakewood, NY; Dennis Wells of El Cajon, CA; Dave (Flora) Sprout of Archer, FL; Don (Kaz) Lounsbery of Ocean Side, CA; Larry (Chris) Sprout of Findlay and daughter, Sally (Michael) Rose, Cygnet, OH along with twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: Issac "Bill" Baird; Vincent "Ward" Baird and sisters: Clara Hamm and Lucille Hatfield. Betty was a homemaker and member of Wood CO Amateur Radio Club. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Weaver Cemetery, Bairdstown with Pastor Susan St. Peter officiating.
