    8 Dec 1857: Petition of Elijah Sawyer of Swanzey that Betsey Leonard died in Keene on the seventh day of December AD 1855, left the following named children and heirs: Betsey Houghton & her husband Wheelock Houghton; Jane N. Blaisdell & husband H. G. Blaisdell; John Leonard; Fannie L. Carpenter & husband Consider Carpenter; Caleb N. Leonard; Maria N. Whitcomb & husband Nathan Whitcomb; Nathan Leonard; Mary E. Fuller widow & John G. Houghton only children of Mary L. Houghton deceased who was child of said Betsey Leonard; Charles N. Pond only child of Sally Pond who was daughter of said Betsey.
    10 Dec 1857: Deposition of Will: O. White, minister of Gospel in Keene, that on 10 Dec 1855 performed funeral services on Betsey Leonard widow of John Leonard, informed she died 7 Dec 1855.
