  3. Clearly, Alexander's wife was Bethia Willis. Source:Stearns, Ezra S. Genealogical and Family History of the State of New Hampshire, p. 930, says she was the daughter of Jonathan Willis of Oakham, which makes sense, but no direct evidence has been located yet nor is it actually known that he had such a daughter.
