In Amity, N. Y., July 26th, 1863, in the ninety-second year of her age, Bethany Bliven, relict of Theodata Bliven. The subject of this notice was born in Waterford, Conn., from whence she removed to Stephentown, N. Y., thence to DeRuyter, and thence, nearly fifty years since, to Amity. She was a person of unusual strength of mind, and of unwavering attachment to the cause of Christ, in which she became interested at a very early age. She was a member of the Seventh-day Baptist Church of Amity, in the prosperity of which she felt a deep interest up to the very time of her death.
