Bessie Clemetine Arrowsmith, 86 of Dublin, died in Community Nursing Home in Stephenville on April 8 at 2:30 p.m.
Mrs. Arrowsmith was a 21 year resident of Dublin, a homemaker, and daughter of Charles and Orena Payne. She was born on Jan. 26, 1903 in Aloha. Louisiana.
Services were April 11 at 2:30 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in Stephenville. President Michael McClatchey officiated. Burial was in Lower Greens Creek Cemetery under the direction of Harrell Funeral Home.
She married James Lee Arrowsmith on Nov. 24, 1928 in Mesa, Arizona. She is preceded in death by Mr. Arrowsmith on May 13, 1969.
Mrs. Arrowsmith was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include her son, Thomas Lee Arrowsmith of Mesa, Arizona; two daughters, Peggy Claitor of Provo, Utah and Norma Dee Shipwash of Phoenix, AR. ten granchildren and 14 great granchildren.
