Obit from Dayton Daily News, Dayton Ohio `McGhee, Bertie, 92, of 316 W. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd., died Sunday at Greene Memorial Hospital. She was born June 8, 1897 (date incorrect - 1887) in Sneedville, TN. She was the daughter of John and Millie Couch Fields. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Jellico, TN. Survived by 2 daughters, Blanche McMillan and Ruth Richardson, both of Fairborn; 3 sons, Austin of Knoxville, TN, Thomas and Fred, both of Dayton; 16 Grandchildren; 29 great-grand children. Services Wednesday 10 a.m. at the Church of God Tabernacle 1635 Montgomery, Fairborn. Rev. Randall Hutchinson officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Burcham Funeral Home, 19 E. Main St., Fairborn.` Died 9-9-79. Buried 9-12-79.
