Mrs. Matthew Yourth, who died in Pembroke at the home of a daughter, Mrs. J. T. Brash, in her 79th year, was born in Germany and came to Canada in her youth. She lived several years at Killaloe and at the time of her husband's death ten years ago went to Pembroke. There are one son and four daughters. Mrs. Gustave Kuno of Eganville is a sister.

  8. 8.0 8.1 Assumption.

Assume Glen Irwin day and month of birth may be accurate, and that 1868 was a transciption error of 1860. This is more in line with her having her first child in 1879.
