Bernice was said to be eight years old in this 1870 census (est 1862) but the Find-a-Grave memorial page says she was born 4 Aug 1865. There is no photo of a gravemarker to verify the dates at Find-a-Grave. A birth or death record should be found to confirm the dates. She was age 23 in 1885 census (est 1862), single, living with her parents. She was not found with her parents on the 1900 census.
