She married as her 1st husband, Joseph Troop, son of Valentine Troop & Catherine Church, before 1796, in Nova Scotia. Married as her 2nd husband, Benjamin Belcher Reed, son of Duncan Reed & Zerusha Post, about 1825 at All Saints Anglican Church, Granville, Annapolis County, NS, Canada. Her descendants are Troop, Reed, Follows, Hardwick, Chipman, Andrews, Bath, Beckwith, McMillan, Murdock, Barass, Forsthy, Morse, Grant, Jones, Starr, Patillo, 4. Letetia Rice, daughter of Beriah Jr. & Meriam ? She married as her 1 husband, John McKillop; married as her 2nd husband, John King. 5. Asaph Rice, son of Beriah Rice & Meriam ? He was b. about 1778. He married Nancy Elderkin, daughter of Jeptha Elderkin & Emma Johnson, on 09 June 1803 at Horton, Kings County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Asaph Rice died on 11 May 1860 in Bridgetown, Annapolis Co., NS, Canada.

Children of Beriah Rice & Catherine Qwens are: 1 Sophia Rice, daughter of Beriah Rice & Catherine Owens, b. between 1798 & 1801. She married David Paker McQuallin, on 22 July 1818 at Baddeck, Vic. Co., NS, Canada. She died on 15 Feb 1892 at Brooklyn, Kings County, New York, United States. 2. Catherine Rice (my g. g. g. grandmother), was baptizae on 19 Sep 1799 in Saint George Anglican Church, Sydney, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia, Canada. She married Robert Cranton Jr., son of Captain Robert Cranton & Ann Stone, on 26 Sep 1816 at Northeast Margaree, Inverness County, Nova Scotia, Canada. Catherine Rice died on 18 June 1856 at Northeast Margaree. Robert Cranton was born on 19 May 1795; died on 10 October 1871 at Northeast Margaree. They had 10 sons & four daughters. One of their daughter, Mary Ann Cranton is my g.g. Grandmother, married Augustine Timmons. One of their daughter, Ann Timmons is my g. Grandmother married to Joseph Samuel Burton.
