    Benjamin White who settled on the Willard Eaton far about the year 1781 was the son of Benjamin and Mary White of Dedham, where he was born Aug. 21. 1749. His first wife to whom he was married Nov. 2, 1784, was Mary Fales of Walpole. She died about ten years after their coming to thi town and he married 2nd, Mary Jackson, July 2, 1795. he was born June 14, 1760 and died in this town July 2, 1844. Mr. White was a soldier of the Revolution, a sword carried by him in that memorable struggle is now in the possession of his grandson, Samuel Willard Eaton. He died in this town, Sept. 16, 1812.
