Wellington, Willington, Wollington.
[31] Benjamin, s. of Benj., Jr., & Abigail, b. Apr. 22, 1730.
[31] Benjamin, s. of Benj. & Margaret, b. Apr. 22, 1738.
[Note: There is no appearance that there was a couple named Benj. & Margaret. The date difference could easily be a misreading error. Source:Hudson, Charles. History of the Town of Lexington, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, from Its First Settlement to 1868, p. 2:730, gives the date as 22 Apr 1738. The guardian bond for Benjamin, Middlesex Probate 24039, dated 31 Dec 1739, says Benjamin "in his Second Year". So clearly the surviving Benjamin was the 1738 date. Whether there was an older Benjamin who died is unknown, as there is no death date, but the coincidence of two Benjamins born on the same date of the year when it could be a misreading error makes the two child theory unlikely.]
