Will dated 16 Apr 1767, proved 9 Aug 1768, names wife Hannah executrix; sons Jonathan, Samuel and Benjamin; daughters Hannah, Jane and Temperance Thacher and Lydia Foster.
[It is not explained why the varying birth dates, but given the birth of sister "Marcy" 7 Feb 1702/3, it would seem that the birth of Benjamin was most likely in 1701.]
