    5 Mar 1732[/33]: Bond of Mehetabel Pool of Reading widow as administratrix of her late Husband Benjamin Pool Esq'r late of Reading Dece'd.
    22 Mary 17[32/]33 (sworn to 9 Jul 1733): Inventory of Benj'n Poole Esq'r Late of Reading Deceased: £1589-0-0, not including attached list of debts and credits, by Kendal Parker, Thomas Nickols, Timothy Goodwin.
    21 Jul 1735: Account of Mrs Mehetabel Pool allowed, mentions expense "to the widow for her lying in of a Posthumous Child", "to the accountants Father Dr Benj'n Gibson", "for bringing up the six young Children of the Deced". 4 Dec 1738: additional account allowed.

Set off one third to Mrs Mehetable Poole the said Deceaseds Widow, the remaining two thirds to William Poole Second Son of said Deceased with consent of eldest son. 12 Jul 1748: Judge's decree mandates payments by William to his mother Mrs Mehetable Pool charges of administration, to Benjamin Gibson of Boston due him from estate, to his elder brother Benjamin Pool (double share), and to the other Children viz. James, Samuel, Mehetabel, Bridget & Bethiah.
    22 Jun 1772: Warrant to appraise real estate of Benjamin Pool late of Reading deceased that was set off to his widow Mehetabell. 30 Jun 1772: Divided into two parts: 1st division intended for Benj'n & W'm, 2nd division set to James, Mehitabel & Sam'l. 19 Feb 1773: Benjamin Poole releases his share of the first division to his brother William Poole of Hollis by mutual agreement.
