    Benjamin Pickworth, bp. Salem 2 July 1648 [SChR 21]; … he was thought to have died before 26 June 1677, perhaps at sea [EPR 3:138], but lived until 20 August 1681, on which date he made his will and bequeathed to "my dear & loving wife Elezebeth Pickworth" money and tobacco (the wording of the bequest implying that Elizabeth is not in New England), and she to return £15 of this "to New England to be disposed of among my relations, that is to say to my brother Joseph Pickworth a part, to my brother Nathafniell Masters a part & to my sister Rachealle Siblle a part"; to "my dear mother the widow Ane Pickworth [illegible] pounds"; and to "my cousin Samuell Pickworth son of my brother Samuell Pickworth deceased" his right to his share of his father's land [EPR Case #21849].
