Son Benjamin to be executor.
4 Dec 1775: Witnesses sworn. Heirs cited to appear first Monday in Jan 1776.
4 Jan 1776: Bond of Benj'a Marsh Jun'r of Sutton as "administrator" of Benjamin Marsh late of Sutton Deceased.
3 Feb 1775 (warrant 23 Jan 1775): Inventory of Benjamin Marsh Late of Sutton Deceast: £490-3-4-3, by Bartholomew Hutchinson, Jonathan Woodbury, Amariah Preston.
9 Feb 1775: Receipt of Elizabeth Marsh given to Benjamin Marsh Jr. for the moveable estate she brought with her and one third of the remainder.
