30 Oct 1826: Widow and sons of Benjamin Hazeltine Physician late of Warwick, decline administration. Signed Abigail hazeltine, Harry Hazeltine, Arad Hazeltine. 7 Nov 1826: Petition of William Cobb of Warwick that Benjamin Hazeltine, physician, who last dwelt in Warwick, died intestate, leaving a widow and minor children and widow declined to administer the estate, requests to be appointed. Bond given the same date. 7 Feb 1827: Petition of Abigail Hazeltine widow of Benjamin Hazeltine that personal estate will leave little or no surplus after paying debts, and she is entitled to her appearal and whatever portion your Honor shall determine. Allowed her wearing apparel and $60. 6 Feb 1828: Estate represented as insolvent by administrator, commission appointed to examine claims. Claims $221.07, accounting 4 Feb 1829 shows balance of $207.95. 6 Feb 1833: Final accounting allowed.
