◦Benjamin lived on land given to him by his father Vincent, who inherited it from his father, Thomas Garner, by will in 1726, land on Tinpot and Licking Runs. Benjamin left a will leaving his possessions to his wife Diana, and the children without naming them, and only by a suit in the Superior Court of Chancery have we found the names of all eleven children.
