↑ There are some appearances that son Jonathan may have been baptized as Benjamin. Which may indicate the birth record was misrecorded, or that the parents changed their minds about the name. Source:Thomas Waln-Morgan Draper. Drapers in America, p. 23, does not include a second son Benjamin in this family (it does show the first son Benjamin b. 1710, d. 1711). However it contradicts this when it gives an abstract of the distribution of the estate of the father [27:270], which gave a share to Benjamin Draper, but no mention of a heir named Jonathan Draper. The information for Jonathan in this Genealogy says he was born 1717, died 1746, but the death record in Roxbury for Jonathan Draper in 1746 gives the age as 77 which is clearly a different person.
