    In The Name of God amen I Benjamon Dafty [sic Daughty] of Windham being In a weak low Condition of body but of perfict Soundness of Reason and In my Right mind and Considering frailty and that I must and may By this sickness be brought to ye grand and house appointed for all living I do in ye first place bequeath my Soul and Spirit unto ye hands of God Who gave It hoping In us through Christ and being forgiven of all my sins for his sake and for ye Redemption of my body In ye Resurrection. And I Do as to my body order that It be Decently buried according to ye best Discretion at my Executors hoping in ye morning at ye Resurrection that It Shall through ye power of Christ Jesus arise to Glory and as to my Earthly Estate and good things of this life that God hath been Graciously pleased to be bestowing upon me. I Do by this my last will and testament Dispose of as followeth: vis: that my Dwelling house and farm belonging to It with all ye privileges and appurtenances belonging to it that I Do stand lawfully seized of I do give and put all my power Right bills in trust and lawfull athority that I have or Ever had unto this my sd farm into ye Hands of my Exeors Hereafter Named to be at their sale Dispose to sell and Convey and to Confirm to him or them and their heirs that Shall buy sd farm: forever as a lawfully Inheritances forever from the sd Executors and ye prise I Want Round be five hundred pounds for sd farm together with all sd Creaturs that I Do stand seized of and Instruments that I do own for farming I say that Every part and particular be sold and sd money be let out to use Except so much as will be taken to pay honest and just Debts and Dows and also my Debts Together with ye other moneys to be let out as foresaid Except one hundred and fifty pounds wh I Do freely and fully give to my truly and Well beloved wife Elizabeth for her proper benefit and use forever and ye use and Intrust of ye Rest of ye money above sd to be for maintenance of my Wife and only her - mother and Children If they Now and as they Now and further I give unto My four Daughters Desiar Elizabeth Margaret and Martha Whole of the principle money that shall be left out and Remain besids Whiat I give my Wife: there Equall portion alike of sd Wholle to be Paid to Each of them aford Named by my Executors as They Come of age and I Comit sd Care and performance of this my last will and testament and do put In my truly and well beloved Wife and brother Barnard Case and Jacob Lily thos three or any two of them to be my Executors of this my last will to soo that It be Well Executed according to sd true Intent of It as witnes my hand this ye 22 of January A.D. 1729 In presents of us Witneses
