Mentions will of my father Daniel Dawley late of Exeter deceased dated 18 May 1764. 1 tract of 12 Acres bounded: Michel Dawley, grantor, Nathan Dawley, highway. Another tract 2 1/2 Acres bounded: Nathan Dawley, Ezekiel Gardner, highway, given me by my uncle William Dawley deceased in his will. Witnesses: Benjamin Peirce and George Peirce.
