Family must have moved about a lot re Benjamin's job. See places of birth and baptisms found for know children, ... On various records Benjamin's occupation is listed as Labourer ..., Farm Labourer ..., Agricultural Labourer (1851 Census), and Shepherd ..., Death Reg'n. Have been told that he sometimes had 500 sheep in his care (Aunt Lovema, my father's youngest sister).
