Tewksbury, 2 Aug 1831: "We the Subscribers heirs at Law to the Estate of Benjamin Convers who last Dwelt in Woburn in said county of Middlesex and State of Massachusetts has not been heard of for more than seven years and is [??ocitedly] Dead, and has left rights and credits to be administered we therefore Respectfully Petition your Honour to appoint some suitable Person to administer on the Estate of said Benjamin Convers and we recomend Josiah Brown Esqr of Tewksbury as a suitable Person to be appointed to that trust."
