Benjamin Congdon of North Kingstown, yeoman, being aged. Will dated 15 Jan 1756, proved 11 Oct 1756, pps. 381-383.
Sons: [burn], second son [burn], John Congdon, Benjamin Congdon, William Congdon deceased and James Congdon deceased & [burn] Joseph as is above expressed who may be one of the first 2 sons.
Daughters: Frances Gardner, Mary Brown & Elizabeth Sweet.
Granddaughters the daughters of my son William Congdon deceased: Ann, Hannah, [burn], Patience, Susannah, Mercy, Mary, Dorcus & Sarah some of whom are under age 18.
Grandson John Congdon son of son James Congdon deceased.
Grandson Stukeley Congdon who received my farm purchased of Samuel Albro.
Grandchildren children of my daughter Mary Brown: Alexander, [burn], Susannah, Mary, Frances, Sokely, Nathaniel & Ebenezer some or all of whom are under lawful age.
