9 Aug 1746: Inventory of Benjamin Colburn Late of Bedford Deceast 1 Sep 1746: Bond of Joseph Fitch of Bedford Gent'm as Administrator of the Estate of Benjamin Colburn late of Bedford afores'd Deceased Intestate. 15 Sep 1746: We the Subscribers children of Mr Benjamin Colburn Late of said Bedford Deceased do hereby manifest ourselves contented with the appraisement of s'd Deceased's Estate ... and We are desirous that the Real Estate of said Deceased may be settled upon our Brother Charles Bruce. Signed by James Wheeler, Peter Wheeler, John More, Charles Bruce, Amos Davis. 15 Sep 1746: Judges decree: real estate granted to Martha Bruce, she paying her sisters Mary Wheeler and Hannah Wheeler, heirs of her sister Elizabeth Moor Dece'd and her sister Rebecca Davis. Bond of Charles Bruce to pay indicated sums given same day. 5 Nov 1746: Appraisal of real estate of Benjamin Colburn Late of Bedford Dec'd and set off dower to Elizabeth Colburn the widow of the Decst.
