Benjamin Clark(e) was the father of George Clark, who was born 10 July 1813 in Bromley-by-Bow, London, and baptised 15 August 1813 at St. Mary's Church, Bromley St. Leonard. Benjamin's occupation is given as labourer, and George's mother was named Ann. So far no marriage record has been found for Benjamin and Ann - some online trees state they were the Benjamin Clark and Ann Stimpson married at St. George in the East on 18 April 1814 but given this marriage was after George was born it seems unlikely to be the right record.

There is another baptism record for a Sophia Clarke born 25 Dec 1805 and baptised 19 Jan 1806 at the same church as George who could be Benjamin and Ann's daughter.

There is also a baptism record for a Mary Ann Clark with parents Benjamin & Ann, baptised at St. Mary's Church, Stratford Le Bow, on 26 May 1811. This church was only a few streets away from where George was baptised, so it's possible Mary Ann was another of Benjamin and Ann's daughters.

There is another group of Clark(e) baptisms around the same time at St. Matthew's Church, Bethnal Green with parents named Benjamin and Ann Mary Magdalen(e) (nee Monter) who were married at St. Botolph's without Bishopsgate on 2 Jan 1797: Ann bap. 18 Nov 1803, Charles bap. 1 Nov 1807, James bap. 8 Jun 1809, George Thomas bap. 17 Dec 1809, Louisa bap. 25 Jan 1812. It seems unlikely (but possible) this is the same family given the different baptism locations.

There is also a group of baptisms at St. Luke's Church in Chelsea with parents Benjamin and Ann who are possibly (but unlikely to be) the same family: Joseph James and William John bap. 15 Jun 1806, and Sarah bap. 31 Jul 1808.

George's marriage record in 1837 again lists Benjamin as a labourer and doesn't state that Benjamin was deceased, but no other record has yet been found for Benjamin, Ann, or Sophia.
