Mrs. Beatrice M. Snyder, 60, of 12 Franklin St., Emerald, died Sunday in the home of her son, Farrell D. of Slatington. She was the widow of LeRoy W. Snyder.
She was a sewing machine operator at Fernbrook No. 3, Neffs, formerly Ambro Fashions, since 1969.
Born in Washington Township, Lehigh County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Ida (German) Roth.
Surviving with her son are three brothers, James of Macungie, and Clarence and Kermit, both of Orefield R.1; four sisters, Pauline, wife of Roy Hoffman of Slatington R.3, Evelyn, wife of Marvin Snyder of Schnecksville R.1, Ruth, wife of Malcolm Gehringer of Slatington R.2, and Marie, wife of Thomas L. Scheffler of Slatington, and a granddaughter.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Robert K. Hahn Funeral Home, 1778 Main St., Slatedale. Calling hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
