  1. ↑ She was admitted to Greenslopes Private Hospital suffering from a heart condition, which was corrected with a triple by-bass and a heart valve. She had an implant to the heart of some kind as well. Post-operative Heart failure.
    At the time, it was also known that she was suffering from a tumour of the bowel, which was subsequently removed, the doctor saying that it had not spread to her other organs.
    She was in a great deal of pain and discomfort after the operation, and it was decided by her doctor to operate further, to discover the cause. There was an obstruction to the bowel, and this was repaired.
    She was placed in an induced coma for a week after the second operation, but never recovered her health. The strain of these operations placed an additional burden on her heart, which failed on the morning of the 6th March, 2009.
