In 1900, Rosalie lived with her mother and grandmother at 6437 Monroe Street. After her mother died in 1901 and grandmother died in 1905, her Uncle Fred, and his family moved from 6427 Monroe Avenue to this house. Following in her mother's footsteps as an actress, Rosalie and her cousin Margaret Sparrow both appeared in "Fifi of the Toy Shop" sponsored by the Women's Guild of Christ Church in Woodlawn. They were listed as "paper dolls" and no date of production was given. Rosalie was graduated from the University of Wisconsin, School of Library Science.

In 1919, the board of directors of the Joseph Mann Library, Two Rivers followed a recommendation of Mary E. Hazeltine of the Wisconsin Free Library Commission that the board employ a "librarian who had received the training given by the Library School of the University of Wisconsin, thus fitting her to serve intelligently all interests of the community." As Lizzie Baetz, librarian since 1900, was not atrained librarian, B. Rosalie Beale was hired for $1,020 per year with one month paid vacation. She accepted employment as librarian at the Joseph Mann Library, Two Rivers, Wisconsin, where she met her husband to be, Frank. he was quite active in community affairs and received a national award for her service with the Girl Scouts. Rosalie learned to play golf in Chicago and taught Frank how to play after they were married. She was quite active in community literary groups and even sold real estate for a short time during the Depression.

She was cremated and her cremains were buried next to her husband, Frank, at the cemetery in Chester.

Her son, John, compiled additional information on the life of Rosalie and authored a book entitled "Rosalie Beale Kracha, Her Ancestors and Descendants, 1895 - ". The book was presented to her on her 100th birthday. Copies of the book were provided to each of her surviving children and grandchildren.
